At Les Néréides, we want you to be completely satisfied with your hand-enameled jewelry. If your selection is not quite right, you may return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose between a refund or a store credit.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Les Néréides packaging, including the branded pouch and box, to ensure the delicate enamel remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned pieces, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
