Our jewelry is primarily handcrafted from gold-plated brass, hand-painted enamel, and set with high-quality crystals, glass beads, or semi-precious stones. Each piece is unique due to the traditional artisanal techniques used in our workshops.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To preserve the brilliance of your jewelry, we recommend avoiding contact with water, perfume, and cosmetics. When not in use, store your pieces in their original pouch or box to prevent scratches and oxidation.
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer standard and express worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Delivery times vary by region, usually taking 3-5 business days for domestic orders and 7-12 days for international destinations.
How can I return or exchange an item?
You may return any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please visit our returns portal to generate a label. Note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Les Néréides creations come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or natural wear and tear.
